The PG Department of Commerce and Management Studies successfully organized a Food Expo on October 16, 2024 at 10:30 am, commemorating World Food Day 2024. The program was inaugurated by Prof. Koyakutty TK, (Principal)in the presence of Prof.Moideenkutty Parayil (Vice Principal) Mr.Abhilash Sankar, (Administrative Officer),Ms.Saheena M(Asst HOD of PG Department of Commerce and management studies)and other distinguished faculty colleagues and students.
The event aimed to promote healthy eating habits, raise awareness about nutritious food, and encourage food safety, hygiene, and sustainability among students. Students from various classes participated in a class-wise competition, showcasing innovative and traditional healthy food items evaluated on nutritional value, presentation, and creativity.
Prof. Moidenkutty Parayil, (Vice Principal)declared the results. The Fifth Semester (B.com CO) class secured the First Prize, while the PG and IBBA students bagged the Second Prize.

The Food Expo successfully fostered awareness about healthy eating habits and nutritious food among students, showcasing their culinary skills while promoting food safety and sustainability.
